.Hi, my name is Sharon and I have been in childcare for 25 years. I began training as a teacher but decided I would like to work with younger children. I started working with special needs children in pre schools and then worked as a nursery nurse as the nursery I was working with has no special needs children. I have worked with children of all ages and currently work one afternoon a week with a SEN child of 10 years. I amvery patient and passionate about my work. I like to get to know the child and work with their strengths and likes.
