Hello to all potential employers. My name is Shannon (kids call me Shanny) I am 24 years old. I have 7 years childcare experience within the childcare industry. I love my job. I have been a Babysitter/Nanny for a long time now. Although it hasn't always been my main job role, it still plays a big part in my life. I have experience with young children from the age of 2 to the age of 11. I have worked for 12 families all in all so far, some long term some short term. My job role ranges from doing the bedtime routine with the children, to school pick ups and daily activities at the home or after school. I like to cook, play, do arts and crafts, have movie days etc with the children. I like to be able to do different things with the children depending on the families/children’s needs. I have been to college to study Society Health and Development L3. This gave me a good insight to all aspects of care work. I would like to offer my Nanny/Babysitting services to anyone who is in need of a kind, caring, respectful childcare provider simply looking for full or part time hours. I charge a £10 cancellation fee If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice. This is just so that I am covered partially for the loss of confirmed work. I do not drive, but I am able to use public transport depending on which area you live in. I am always open to working in all BH areas as long as they are accessible for me to get to at the time of day you need me. I charge £7ph for up to 3 children, and £8.50 for 4+ children.
