My name is Shannen. I have recently moved to Bushmills from Dublin with my husband to be in nature and pursue passions. I have had a lot of experience working with children in many different settings and ages. From working at Dublin Christian Mission running summer projects and after school clubs with primary aged children, to running my church children's work for 2 years while finishing my studies in social and community development (BA Hons), then working for Alpha Ireland working with teenagers, planning retreats, events and social gatherings. I have an ability to have fun, to be creative and encourage children to grow in confidence whether it be with there ability in education or talents they possess. Most recently I had been minding a little boy who will soon be 2, in his home and while I will miss him and we built a good rhythm and routine, I am confident that I can create a good rhythm within another family. I am happy to stick to routines that a parent has in place, as well as make food, go to the park and be outside or whatever it is that might be needed of me. I look forward to finding a family I can work alongside to provide care to your children. Shannen
