Hello my name is shania I am 23 years old. I have Been working in childcare since the age of 19 but have been studying childcare since 16 years old, I always knew my career path was going to be me working with children in anyway possible and I’m glad to say that I have succeeded in making that goal happen. I feel when working with children you have to have a high level of patience, understanding and willingness without these keys skills it can be a very hard job to take up. I aim to make a difference in ever child I come across even if it’s just for a day, weather that be helping them to develop in areas parent may feel they are lacking or simply to just put a smile on their face.
