I have 5 younger siblings that I help to look after, they are ages 22, 21, 14, 7 and 3 so I work well with all different ages groups. Not only that but 4 out of 5 of the siblings have severe ADHD and/or ASD so I have experience with SEN children. Although I have mainly had personal experience (babysitting for friends, family word of mouth etc), I have always been complimented on my work ethic and I am hoping to gain even more valuable experience as I am hoping to set up my own crèche in due time.
