I have 15 years experience in working with young people. I have a BA Hons: Professional Studies in Learning & Development, a degree related closely to best practice with young people, their learning, policy, safe-guarding etc. I have nannied, cover taught classes, completed 1-1 support, online tutoring, facilitated group work, cared for youths in a specialist boarding school and so on. I have followed and written up care plans, attended meetings, built positive relationships with young people, parents, teachers, social workers and nurses. I have worked with highly volatile young people and mentored those that are vulnerable and at risk too. A lot of my experience is with ASD.
