Sarah was brilliant, we had a FaceTime beforehand which immediately put me at ease. She asked lots of relevant questions in order to get to know Arthur’s routine better and his likes. She was punctual on the day, friendly, professional and sent some lovely updates. Would highly recommend and we’d call on her if we come up to visit again!
