I am currently working as a Senior Nursery Manager or a group of nurseries in Enfield. I have worked with children form 2010 from being a classroom teacher to Senior managers position. I am well versed with the Ofsted requirement, legislations and I implement the EYFS in all the nurseries. I am the Senco lead as well. I have my paediatric first aid, food hygiene and also hold a diploma in psychology. I have my own child whom I have raised as a single mum and I am so proud of his GCSE results and he is currently in his Sixth form. I love children and I always come out with exciting ideas to enhance their critical thinking. I am a very caring person and I am passionate for what I do and I will never change career as being part of childcare to anything else. It is rewarding to see children achieve their learning development and my vision and mission is to provide the best care in a nurturing environment to all children by maintaining the equality and diversity.
