I started my own babysitting business when I was 11 and have always been around kids since. At 15 I started working at our local pool as a lifeguard and a swim instructor. When I was able to drive I started nannying for two families, a set of two boys and a family of 4 girls. At 20 I started working at a boys residential treatment center for boys age 12-18yrs old there I was a mentor and then became a residential lead. When I got married we moved and I got a job at a youth center working with youth age 5-9.
