I have been a nanny for six families in total. One was a number of years ago for a family with two girls aged 4 and 6 years. More recently I have looked after one girl of 8 years and a family with three children aged 3, 5 and 7 years. I have also provided after school care for two older children aged 10 and 12 years alongside an ad hoc role caring for a baby of 8 months old both during the day and over night. In my current role I provide before and after school care for a family with one 3 year old. I have a wealth of experience of working in day nurseries which I have done for almost 20 years in total. I started as a nursery nurse and after 4 years I joined the management team where I worked my way up to the position of manager. I have managed a total of 4 nurseries until I decided to return to nannying a few of years ago.
