I completed a week of work experience here where I helped in a plethora of activities and developed plenty of skills, I also managed to strengthen some skills I already had. I helped lead tasks in maths where children required whiteboards to complete activities, this helped strengthen my leadership skills I helped with conflicts between children at breaks and playtimes and found suitable compromises to help relief and resolve conflicts between children, this helped develop my conflict resolution skills and patience. I also gained plenty of confidence being able to comfortably communicate with children and help them complete activities to strengthen their learning. I worked with year groups reception- year 4 and helped them with phonics, spelling, mathematics and even sports activities when leading their sports day.
