Hi I'm Rossann, I live locally and I am currently a student doing her masters in English language and Linguistics. I am 23 years of age and I have two years of experience in childcare/ childminding as I have always wanted to work with children and teach them. I am in the process of obtaining a DBS, as my next step is to do my QTS in English language at secondary school (local). I have a positive attitude towards learning and have a an understanding of my responsibilities when it comes to the care of children and their education. I have self- evaluative skills and can adapt with a positive attitude in situations of change. I reflect and learn from experiences and can teach skills and techniques to adolescent ages to set goals with confidence and help successfully reach them. As of my career in teaching, I have worked with adolescent ages in summer schools for two years. I enjoy doing outdoor and indoor activities with children as it keeps the mind stimulated, the child must be actively or subconsciously learning in all given opportunities. I take pride in gaining strong relationships with the employer and the child/children as it is important to build their characters through trust.
