I have three children of my own, twin girls of 25 and a son aged 21. I was a foster carer for 15 years, looking after teenagers and mainly under fives, especially babies prior to adoption. I have the patience and empathy to care for young children, engaging them in age appropriate activities whilst maintaining a stable routine on a daily basis. I am an enthusiastic cook, providing a healthy balanced diet and encouraging children to try different cuisines and tastes. I enjoy outdoor activities and travel, everything from a day on the beach to camping. A child's happiness and well being is such an important factor that moulds them for the rest of their life. They should be able to look back on their childhood with positivity and fulfilment. I am conscientious and reliable, working hard at everything I do.
