I have over 12 years experience within childcare. First, within an Nursery and over 10 years as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. I am currently at university hoping to become a SENCO, alongside working in before and after school care in a school. I have vast experience with a wide range of children from different backgrounds, including those with additional needs. I have good behaviour management strategies with a positive approach. I enjoy being creative with children and a fun personality. I am also a licensed chaperone with my Drama group and am British Sign Language Level 3 qualified.
