I have gained my Level 3 in Early Years Education and development. I have worked in a few different environments through my working career including in a childminders setting while doing my training, along side doing a housekeeping/childminding job which was good to be able to have different experiences and work with children with different needs. I have also worked in a nursery where I was working from ages 6 months to 5 years so again learning to adapt my approach and suit each and every child’s individual needs. My last care job I worked for was for people who had complex need and gained a great in sight to different conditions and special needs which is close to my heart as I have a nephew who had severe disabilities who I used to help look after so this made me so honoured to be able to be a part of such an amazing child’s life! I am very interested and determined to work with other children like this and really find such joy in it.
