I am a 21 year old student who loves kids! From babysitting at home to serving on the kids team at church, I am encouraged to see the next generation grow and learn from them. In my free time, I enjoy exercising - I am currently a member of my university’s triathlon club and was previously a member of the rowing club. I am eager for children to get outside, explore nature and have fun! I am also an avid reader so I love getting children excited to read and I have fun reading them books. I have experience providing childcare to 4 siblings while at home from university during the summer and winter breaks. In this role, I was responsible for the older children coming home from school safely, helping with homework and encouraging them to help with chores, preparing food for snack and dinner time, organising fun and entertaining after-school activities from adventure walks in the park to arts and crafts at home. During the day I was responsible for ensuring the toddler went down and woke up from naps at required times, did necessary nappy changes and bathing, and conducted light housework. Occasionally, I was responsible for the children late into the evening, ensuring the children went to bed at the requested times by the parents.
