I worked in a nursery for 3+ years and became deputy supervisor, I have now been a nanny for nearly 4 years. I have experience with the ages from 0 -10 years+. I have experience with children with special needs, also very challenging behaviour. I am a calm, friendly, caring, reliable, trustworthy and fun person, I believe this is important when working with children. I am very passionate about what I do, I believe it is crucial for children to have social interaction to help with their development and attachment. I have been on training for communication, speech and language, behavioural management, safeguarding and I also have my paediatric first aid certificate. I have a great knowledge of the EYFS and understand how to help children develop.I have a level 3 diploma in childcare.
