I have gain teamwork as I plan meeting with your fellow leaders, sharing out things to do and communicating with each other, this show I can with in a team. Another one is leadership from running a meeting at Brownies or half a lesson at the school. This demonstrates that I am a confident and capable person. The next skill is motivation as I have gaining award in many things such as my guiding. By volunteer at both the school and Guiding it also show my motivation. As I turn up every time I was need it shows that I am reliable and can work independently. The last skill I have is communication as I make contact with parents, commissioners, young leader. Outside contacts. This is demonstrating my excellent communication skills. I have and still are an active member of Girl Guiding. During this time, I have been part of many different teams working on actives. Which has let me develop organization and time management skills. placement at Warkworth Primary school, during this time I was able to work alongside the teacher.
