I have got many years diverse experience in Education and Early Years practice.I started with babysitting for family and friends to then working in a nursery with children aged 4 months to 4 years which lead me to start babysitting for some of the families that are at the nursery. Each one opportunity has allowed me to develop and refine my educating style. My approach is centred on fostering a lifelong passion for inquisitive learning, empowering children to seek and reach their full potential. Leading by example and maintaining a professional and can-do attitude, I encourage children of all ages to become independent learners, effective communicators, and critical thinkers. Whether it's guiding babies through sensory exploration or challenging older learners to recognise their roles as global citizens. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment, allowing children to learn through their own experiences and at their own pace.I have experienced working with first-time parents, and parents and children with disabilities, I understand the importance of strong, clear communication and attention to detail.
