The experience I have working In childcare is vague but very useful. I have 6 siblings from the ages of 3 to 14 and have a godson who I look after a lot from time to time. Recently I took on training for an apprenticeship nursey practitioner for two weeks, which included having patience and tolerance with the babies and toddlers. Having a sense of fun and good communication and interpersonal skills not only to interact with children also with parents to ensure they are aware there child is safe and getting the right development for their age group. I am creative with a good imagination. I am able to be understanding and able to give encouragement. I have an understanding of children's physical, social, intellectual and emotional development. I accept that all children are different but should be treated the same with the same care, love, safety and security whilst in my care.
