Hi. Thanks for taking a look at my profile. I have a degree in Early Childhood Studies and over 15 years of experience working with children from 0-16. I work in a high school as an academic mentor but I started my career in private nurseries. My role was to ensure that all children had opportunities to learn, achieve and be happy in a stimulating and safe environment. I understand that all children have their own personalities, likes and dislikes and grow at different rates. Early childhood educators must engage with children as individuals and provide activities and experiences tailored to their strengths and characteristics. I am a very bubbly, positive and happy person who loves being around children and young people as it is such a rewarding job. I am hard-working, professional, patient and I have great communication skills.
