Between 2010 and 2019 my employment history includes extensive roles in childcare from a 1:1 with a child whom has additional needs, to working with new born babies to working with young adults whom are on the Autistic spectrum and more recently as a Room Manager in a Nursery. I have relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Studies and practical experience to enable me to act as a reliable, fun and caring individual to ensure children have full access to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, manage behaviour in a positive way and contribute to providing a safe and secure environment. My expertise is working with children under five, however I do have experience with young adults and babies. I have a hands on experience working with children whom have additional needs. I believe these skills, paired with being somewhat a parent myself, sets me apart from others to maintain relationships with parents and help children grow!
