I am Rachel a qualified Level 3 childcare worker. I have worked with children aged from 6 months up to 11 years and have over 10 years experience. I understand the importance of routine for children and having a safe and friendly environment before and after school. I also understand that trust is the most important thing that adults must have with someone looking after the most precious thing in the world your children.
