Being a mother-teacher in two different schools for two years has given me deep insight into the psychology of children and helped me to take up the confidence to connect with their wavelength. Born and raised in a joint family, I am the eldest among ten cousins. Invariably, whenever elders were out of reach, the responsibility to look after them fell on me. This experience instilled in me the ability to handle different personalities simultaneously. All my time with my younger family members eventually gave me a real love for kids and a desire to take care of them; hence, childcare skills were born.
