Unfortunately, I cannot review this lady. We had initially had a pleasant telephone conversation and I was looking forward to meeting her, However we had arranged for her to accompany me to hospital, but when I rang to confirm approximately half an hour before she was due to arrive I discovered she was unable to attend as she was waiting for a breakdown company to arrive to change a flat tyre so sadly we did not meet.
