I have just competed my Level 3 Children's Care, Learning and Development course at Stroud College. Over my two year college course, I have been based at four different childcare environments including two schools, a nursery and a childminders. These placements have given me the opportunity to work with a variety of different ages and I have gained a good understanding of how to adapt my behaviour to suit children's individual needs. I am currently looking for a childcare job where I will be able to work closely with the child and their family through becoming a nanny. I enjoy working with children and watching them develop new skills. I like to create fun and exciting activities which support children's development.
