Hi I am a Registered nurse and midwife with 37 years of experience working for the NHS. During my career I have been Supervisor of midwives responsible for practice and safety within the profession. I am thinking of taking early retirement and supplement my income with assistant with baby and child care. I have completed many courses and extra courses attached to my current job as a midwife. I have been trained in neonatal advance life support, safe sleeping etc. I have three grown up daughters and one granddaughter with whom I spend a great deal of time with. During my career I have had to work various shift patterns and so I am willing to be flexible with early starts and late finishes to accommodate parents who work difficult hours.
