I’ve been caring for my younger brother for years after school while until my parents finished work. I’d help with homework, make him some snacks and even pick him up from school every now and then. I have experience babysitting for non family members. I looked after my neighbours children (4 and 6) for a year on and off. This would be for about 6 hours (5pm-11pm) but could be later as well. I looked after the children, fed them meals, played, and did housekeeping while I waited for the parents to get home. I also looked after their 3 pet rabbits.
