I have been involved in childcare since I was 16 years old. It began with my work experience for college, I was in a baby room in a nursery for three months. I then got myself a job in an out of school club working with children aged 4-11. During this job I helped children with their homework, provided them with a snack/tea and kept them entertained until parents came to collect them. I have been in this job role for nearly two years and in the two years I have gained experience with all ages of children- nursery ages to primary school ages- as well as babysitting in my spare time whilst at college.
