I have a passion for working with children. With two younger sisters aged 11 & 14, as well as two nieces aged 5 & 7, I have gained experience caring for & nurturing young minds. After completing school at the age of 16, I attended college for a year, during which time I dedicated myself to caring for my niece from the newborn age, after college I looked after my niece full time. This experience solidified my love for childcare, leading me to pursue a career in this field. While I have also worked in administrative roles, my true passion lies in making a positive impact on children's lives. Since 2017, I have immersed myself in the world of childcare, gaining experience through a mix of working in nurseries & providing private babysitting for friends & family. In addition to my experience in childcare, I have also worked as a support worker for young adults. I had the privilege of working with two young boys, aged 7 & 11, who both had Asperger's syndrome, I provided after-school & weekend care for a young girl, aged 7, who was non-verbal & had autism, I had the opportunity to work with a 13-year-old boy who struggled with severe ADHD, I worked closely with a 21-year-old individual who had bipolar disorder & personality disorder.
