• Extensive experience in dealing with children, especially those from ethnic minorities and Muslim background. • Keen interest in childcare and good skills in providing services and care to children. • Broad knowledge and skills in preparing healthy food to pupils at schools. • Ability to prepare food and sandwiches, ready meal, salads, oriental recipes, light food and healthy alternatives. • Experience in Arabic cuisine, especially Libyan, Tunisian and Egyptian. • Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and practices.
