I have babysat my cousins when they were toddlers so I am experienced in taking care of younger children. In addition, I have watched children of my coworkers (out of work) of multiple ages (4-10). I am currently a college student and I have taken multiple classes related to childhood development including psychology of lifespan development and a class revolving around education in a multicultural society.
