I grew up in a large family as the sibling of two older sisters and a younger brother. I have also spent time looking after my young niece and cousins (ages 3, 5, and 6), I have experience in childcare and enjoy spending time with children. I have also grown up with pets so I am comfortable around animals. I have spent extended periods looking after younger family members and the children of family friends. This involved reading to them, playing board/card/video games, going on long walks or playing at the park. I have also often spent time cooking meals and preparing for the day/ going to bed. These experiences have strengthened my patience, responsibility, and ability to create a nurturing and structured environment for children. Currently, I am studying in Edinburgh and looking to make productive use of my free time. I am eager to take on new opportunities that allow me this.
