I have a lot of patience, a good sense of humour and am still be able to set clear boundaries. I believe in positive redirection if a child acts up and promoting independence where possible. I have 6 years nanny experience with various ages & needs. I also babysit for several families with children of various ages over the last 8 years. I have held posts that require housekeeping duties and acting as a PA. I love cooking & involving children in my care wherever possible. I have a lot of experience in meeting specialist dietary requirements and am able to cook foods that are dairy, gluten and wheat free. Also, additive, flavouring and preservative free. I am a non smoker. I am a driver with my own car and additional insurance to cover transporting children in my care. I am able to work with pets. I have a clean DBS ( police cheque) & a current full first aid certificate. I am able to provide several references and I'm available for short notice work. Sleepovers. One off posts and ongoing work. I generally work self employed which means you don't have to worry about working out tax, NI, holiday pay and sick pay, I would just simply invoice you and you pay me. I am also happy to work employed if that's your preference.
