Hi future family, I have over nine years of experience in various child care settings. Including new borns, Montessori settings, teaching assistant positions and supporting learning in reception classes. I am passionate about respecting and valuing children, appreciating their cultures, their families and supporting their individual abilities. I speak English and French. 
 I have been nannying for a family for the past 14 months and I am now looking for work closer to home (Hyde) as the family are expecting again and no longer need my services due to the mother going on maternity leave. I have experience working with a wide range of SEN pupils such as: Autism, hearing impediments, speech difficulties and physical disabilities.I also have experience with performing SEN assessments for children. I have some experience of performing Makaton.
 I also work well with minimal supervision and using my own initiative when necessary I am experienced in supporting children's growth and development whether this may be through free play or one to one supervision using my excellent knowledge and understanding of EYFS guidelines and the Montessori curriculum as I believe freedom of choice defines childhood.
