Hi! My name is Nicola and I’m 22. I am a compassionate, caring and bubbly young person with 3+ years experience working with children aged 7-10, supporting their individual educational, social and personal development. As an aspiring Teaching Assistant, I have gained a strong knowledge of teaching, learning methods and behaviour management. I am skilled at encouraging pupils and assisting with learning have a proven ability to build great relationships with pupils and encourage children to learn through motivation and positive behaviour reinforcement.
