Growing up the oldest with both my parents working full time jobs, I had to feed, wash and care for my siblings from age 8. By then my parents established that they had no need for a nanny and would leave me with them. This gave me great childcare experience with led to work in a nursery briefly and also childmind for a neighbour of mine with her 2 kids. So you can rest assured your children are in safe hands.
