I am currently in my third year of university studying a bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. I have two years of experience working as a nursery worker. I have worked with pre-preschoolers, toddlers and babies in diverse demographics. This experience has given me upmost confidence as I have direct experience working in different environments with similar routines. I understand children's routines and can adapt to routines quickly and efficiently. I have gained and developed several skills required to work with children in my experience as a nursery worker, including multi-tasking, working under pressure, communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and creative skills. I also have personal experience, helping and supporting my parents to look after my three younger siblings from a young age up to now. My personal experience with my young siblings allowed me to develop a nurturing, and compassionate attitude towards children. My personal experiences have made me passionate about working with children, and I want to utilize the skills that I have as a babysitter. I also really enjoy sports and reading, and I spend my spare time volunteering for charities.
