I am a skilled hard working independent individual who has a passion for childcare . I have studied childcare for over 4 years and have many qualifications for it. I have been a nursery assistant for many years and have worked with every age upto 12 . I have experience with working with children with challenging behaviours and believe that I have a talent when dealing with situations. I am a fun creative person and don’t mind getting my hands dirty! I love to think outside the box and always believe that a child’s opinion is very important when it comes to planning activities . I have a skill with cooking and love to cook with the children in my nursery ! I am very practical and have skills in nursing , nappy changing , first aid and also food and health safety . I think it’s important to have a stable relationship with both parents and children and have received praise of many parents for ensuring their child grows to their potential . I will always go out of my way to ensure everyone is happy ! I don’t see looking after children as a job because I enjoy it so much! It’s very important to know all the child’s likes dislikes , allergies , disabilities etc as it part of what makes them.
