I have a great experience with children of different age groups from newborns to the age of 11. I have both informal and formal experience looking after children on my own that also suffer from learning difficulties such as Autism and ADHD. My formal experience was in a nursery placement for a few months during the time of my Health and Social Care Level 3 Course. I also currently work with children in Great Ormond Street Hospital at my current placement where I am, enhancing my knowledge and gaining further skills required to care for children and adolescents. I have always looked after children and constantly babysit when I am free so I am very familiar with the needs and requirements of newborns and children. If I am able to support families with my skills and experiences then it would be a great opportunity for me.
