I'm an Australian nanny with oodles of experience (over 15 years) working with children and their families and genuinely love what I do. I'm looking for a family who need an extra limb! I'm a musician, excellent cook and ex yoga teacher, all of which I actively bring to my work. I am an intersectional feminist and believe strongly in gender equality and the need to raise emotionally intelligent people with the vocabulary and the skills to not only speak for themselves but to lend their voices to the aid of those who may not be able. I utilise mindfulness and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) techniques to aid development of emotional and physical wellbeing and interpersonal communication skills. I am a direct and open communicator and work best when welcomed as one of the family - I believe children thrive when their parents and carers work together as a team.
