I have had 2 years work experience in nurseries and primary schools whilst at college studying a level 3 in childcare. I have many skills such as communication, time management, organisation. I’d consider myself to be determined and hardworking so I am able to work to the best of my ability and learn any new skills needed. I tend to be shy but confident when I need to be, I find it very easy to communicate and plan efficient activities with children for learning and fun. I have 3 nieces and a nephew who I regularly see and babysit so I have been round children nearly everyday for the past 5 years, so I have learnt different characteristics and common phases children go through at each part of their lives.
