My names Monique. I’m 22 years old and have worked in childcare for 2 and a half years, I’m paediatric first aid trained and have my childcare level 3. I absolutely love children and want to venture off into a nanny career as I like the 1:1 Approach. Working in a nursery is lovely but I feel I can give children better childcare when in their own homes and I love the idea of raining back from strict policies that are in nurseries and being able to just let children be children and learn However they choose to learn. I’m fun, out going and I absolutely love anything messy!
