Monic is extremely mature for her age. She is very trustworthy, reliable and honest. My son is demanding and challenging and I was worried about anyone looking after him but Monic is amazing with him. She understands his needs and wants and how to respond. Monic is very kind, caring and loving. She has natural patience and doesn’t fluster under pressure or stress. She also knows what I his mother needs in terms of reassure or check ins etc. She is very flexible. I was a little concerned that she didn’t have actual childcare qualifications but honestly I couldn’t of asked for a better nanny. My son gets excited to see her and he is laughing and chatting away with her all day. He is very active and needs loads of attention and Monic is very playful and keeps him entertained all day. I would be happy for anyone to speak to me before looking to use her as a reference. Monic is a very thoughtful, respectful women. Couldn’t say enough nice words about her.
