Babysat for different families with long working hours and while kids are on half term. I always bring games and activities and am happy to interact with the children for long periods of time. Cooked and prepared meals and always happy to do so. Knows how to be firm but fair and always stick to ground rules for the children. I’m organised and make sure to get the kids to places early and on time. Plan things out to ensure smooth-sailing and quick and easy processes in time-crunch situations. Continuously think of efficient ways to deal with situations and am known to be very understanding and fair to both sides during conflict. Quick at thinking on my feet and changing plans at the last second to a new idea if need be.
