Hi, my names Michelle and I’m currently an Ofsted registered Nanny which basically means I met the same qualifications as a childminder but care for children in their own home. I started childminding when my daughters were attending primary school and even though they have now flown the nest I have continued my career in childcare as I enjoy working with children so much. My professional childcare experience includes minding babies as young as 4 weeks, caring for siblings and twins plus some SEN care.
