I am an Ofsted-approved childminder in Dagenham East. My home nursery in Dagenham East is a happy environment where children from 6 months to 5 years can thrive. Every day is full of outdoor adventures so children in my care grow in confidence and learn new skills along the way. I look after a maximum of 3 children at once. My home nursery has its own dedicated space in my house. It’s filled with toys and books, and I have a large garden too. Kids take their nap in a spacious bedroom separate to the play-area. I am a mum of 4 boys—the eldest is 26 and the youngest is 16. My eldest has quadriplegia cerebral palsy so I have a wealth of experience looking after children with complex needs. I have worked in a primary school for 4 years, assisting with breakfast club and lunch times. I was previously a childminding assistant, which inspired me to open my own setting.
