I have worked in challenging behaviour from ages 8-18 in residential care for three years, I have now just started working in early years at a day nursary with up to 25 toddlers. I love children and take time to understand each individuals needs to give the support they require. I have a neice and nephew I have also grown giving care, love and support to as and when required. I have lots of babysitting experience and am very flexible.
