I must start by saying I have a full time job within NHS in Bristol and 2 years of Au pair and more then 10 years of babysitting. I don't mean only evenings and weekends but a whole weekend with the kids. The reason why I want to do this is because NHS is very stressful and would like to cut back my hours and balance it with another job that I know I enjoy, I am good at and missed very much since I stopped doing it 3 years ago.
