I’m 19 and enjoy working with and helping children grow. I have an enhanced DBS and currently work in before-and-after school childcare. My availability is semi-flexible but can be negotiated upon further discussions. My youth helps me build a respected rapport with most ages. I believe in gentle parenting techniques with a focus on mutually respected boundaries, the option of choice and positive (often verbal) reinforcements and with 3 years of experience find this approach is ideal when also caring for the children. As an individual, I’m an avid reader and have no problems with efficiently helping with homework. I also enjoy walking and would encourage an appropriate healthy lifestyle including exercise. I also have several years of experience in hospitality and thus, can provide household services such as cleaning and cooking when required.
